Where and when will the conference take place?

The conference will take place December 11-13, 2022 at the Arizona Biltmore in
Phoenix, Arizona. The conference will kick off around 5 pm on Sunday, December 11th, and conclude by 2:30 pm on Tuesday, December 13th. More specific timing will be available as program details are released.

What are the major impact areas that the Jewish Federations of North America supports?

The impact of the 146 Jewish Federations across North America changes lives in North America, in Israel and around the world. Jewish Federations identify, support, and address the full range of social service issues. We provide life-saving humanitarian relief, breakthrough programs for all ages, and sustain Jewish community today and for future generations. Together, we collectively raise and distribute billions annually for social welfare, social services, and educational needs. We also protect and enhance the well-being of Jews in 70 countries worldwide.
How much is the registration cost and what’s included?

The conference registration fee is $1,299 per person. This includes all conference programming and meals except for the Monday evening dinner which is organized by the community. The conference fee does not include airfare and hotel accommodations.
How do I make hotel reservations?

Once you register for the conference you will be clearly guided to instructions on how you can make your hotel reservations. The cost per room is $385/night + taxes and fees. You will have the option to book a single or double room.
What’s the best airport?

We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Can I arrange for transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Speak with your local women’s professional to see if they are arranging transfers to/from the airport.

As of now, we will not have a remote option.
What are the COVID precautions being taken and what are the protocols?

All conference attendees must be fully vaccinated- that includes two doses of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines or one Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Boosters are strongly recommended, but not mandatory to attend the conference. As we get closer to the conference we may determine that masking and/or testing will be required. As part of the registration process, you will need to upload your vaccination information and agree to abide by all safety protocols implemented on-site or in advance as directed by JFNA.
What if I want to purchase or upgrade my Lion pin in advance of the conference?

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Individuals canceling after September 16, 2022, will not receive any refund for registration fees paid. Cancelations before September 16, 2022 will receive a full refund from JFNA minus a $50 administrative fee. Please note that there will be NO exceptions or cancellation fees waived.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

You must cancel your hotel room 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Within 72 hours, the hotel will retain one night’s deposit (room rate and applicable taxes.)
