Noa Fay
Student and Activist, Columbia University
Noa Fay is a master's student at the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) concentrating in International Security Policy and specializing in International Conflict Resolution as part of the 4+1 accelerated program with Barnard College from which she graduated in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In addition to addressing United Nations members regarding the recent surge in antisemitism on college campuses, Noa was one of two students to deliver a speech at the March for Israel in Washington, D.C. in November 2023. She has been featured on various news fora including The Times of Israel, the Jewish Journal, and CNN. Noa has been invited to the New York Governor's Mansion and the White House; and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff called her personally to convey support of her fight against antisemitism on college campuses. Noa has previously interned at the Knesset and currently serves as the student member of the Columbia-SIPA Anti-Hate Task Force founded by the dean of the school. Most recently, Noa received the Sharon Greene Award for Campus Advocacy from the American Jewish Committee.
