Sigal is the Co-Chairperson of Fischer Pharmaceutical Ltd., a company founded by her parents in 1965.

Fischer Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a global leader in developing and manufacturing advanced healthcare preparations in dermatology, ophthalmology, and nutraceuticals. She is also a past President of Lion of Judah in Israel. Sigal is the Board Chair of Yeladim - Fair Chance for Children, a volunteer organization established in 1986 to support children in residential group homes.  She leads various social responsibility initiatives at Dr. Fischer, including the Social Gallery: A Tel Aviv-based gallery that provides a platform for different non profit organizations to showcase their projects and messages and Dr. Fischer Art for Peace Foundation, a foundation that leverages the power of art and industry to promote peace and coexistence between nations through educational and cultural initiatives. In her free time, Sigal enjoys horseback riding, painting, reading, and traveling with friends and family (4 kids and 4 grandchildren).
