Irit Gross, Interim CEO of OneTable, brings nearly 25 years of experience in the Jewish non-profit and finance sectors. As OneTable's Chief Advancement Officer, she led revenue generation, board engagement, and team alignment toward strategic goals. Previously, she held leadership roles at the Jewish Federations of North America and Birthright Israel Foundation, driving impactful fundraising and organizational growth. Many people assume Irit is Israeli because of her name but in fact she is not — and no, she doesn't speak Hebrew. She is, however, half Puerto Rican and fluent in Spanish, ask her more about this! She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Brendan, and their two children, Gibson, and Taylor (yes, named after the guitars).
