Fara Leff is the Chief Operating Officer of KLUTCH Sports Group and a Partner at UTA. Leff oversees the high-level operations of the powerhouse agency, managing its internal and external efforts across athlete management, brand consulting and strengthening the foundation and culture of the company’s strategy through their employees and clients.
Leff started KLUTCH in 2012 alongside CEO and Founder Rich Paul and has been integral to its growth and scale. An innovative and dynamic industry leader, she was named to Sports Business Journal’s Class of 40 Under 40 and the Athletics’ NBA 40 Under 40 list of executives shaping the industry’s future in 2022, and in 2023, was also named to Adweek’s 2023 Champions of Change, noted as one of 24 women who are transforming the sports world. In 2021, under Leff’s leadership, TIME recognized KLUTCH Sports on its first-ever list of TIME100 Most Influential Companies, and in 2024 GQ named KLUTCH Sports one of its 20 Most Creative Companies.
