Rae Ringel
Executive Coach
Rae Ringel is an organizational psychologist and executive coach dedicated to helping leaders and teams reach their peak performance. For the past two decades, Rae has helped executives at Fortune 500 companies, leading investment firms, global NGO’s, and government agencies become better managers, motivators, and leaders. Rae received her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and founded the Executive Certificate in Facilitation Program at Georgetown University where she still teaches. She also is an adjunct member of the faculty at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review. Rae lives in Washington D.C. with her husband and four children.
