Victoria Mancinelli is the Director of Public Relations, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for the Labourers International Union of North America (LiUNA), in the Central and Eastern Canada, working from the Ontario Provincial District Council offices.

Victoria’s grandparents immigrated to Canada over 60 years ago and her family has been deeply committed to strengthening communities across Canada for decades.

“From a young age I was taught the importance of building our community. Creating inclusiveness and accessibility, staying void of hate and ensuring that we stand up in the face of bigotry. There is no space for hate in any aspect of this world and never again is now. For allies of the Jewish community, it is our moral obligation to stand up, speak up and ensure that the wrongs of today end now and that history is never again repeated.”

Victoria drives impactful change in social impact and industry advancement, championing unionized labor in all communications. Her versatile role encompasses media, branding, public and government outreach, and advocacy, shaping dynamic campaigns for LiUNA's sectors.

She focuses on empowering youth and underrepresented communities, serving as an Advisor to LiUNA's Indigenous Relations Department and as Chair of LiUNA Central and Eastern Canada Women in the Trades Department. Her efforts aim to break barriers, promote skilled trades, and advocate for diversity in the workforce.

Victoria's influence extends to various boards and councils, including the Ontario Task Force on Women and the Economy. Her advocacy against gender-based violence has led to the naming of the "Victoria and Friends" Emergency Shelter for women fleeing violence in Hamilton, Ontario and earning prestigious awards including the YWCA's Woman of Distinction, and the CIBPA Woman of the Year Award.

Her staunch advocacy and allyship of the Jewish community was recently acknowledged by the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center, bestowing the Spirit of Hope Award to her.

With degrees from the University of Toronto and Humber College and a voice on numerous board from Fero Inc, a Coalition for a Stronger Canada, the Ontario Task Force for Women and the Economy and various others,  Victoria blends her academic expertise with a dynamic career in public relations and marketing all in which foster stronger pathways in dignity and respect.
