President, Harold Grinspoon Foundation

Winnie Sandler Grinspoon is president of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, the creator of PJ Library®, a program that has gifted more than 60 million free storybooks to children across the world that share  Jewish culture,  values and traditions. In Israel, the foundation works in partnership with the Israel Ministry of Education to advance literacy for all Israeli young children through free books in Hebrew and in Arabic. The foundation also works to support the Jewish community through its JCamp180™ initiative to grow summer camps, and its Life & Legacy™ program to build endowments through legacy gifts. Winnie has been recognized for her leadership, most recently by the Jerusalem Post. Prior to her work in philanthropy, Winnie practiced law in New York and in Boston.
