Gila Tolub is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of ICAR Collective, a nonprofit organization accelerating trauma healing by fostering collaboration in Israel's mental health sector and aligning the nation’s efforts with the macro needs of the population. Before ICAR, Gila spent 20 years in strategic consulting including 12 with McKinsey in Tel Aviv and Chicago where she focused on Public Health and Health Equity, specifically mental health and women’s health. She advised public health organizations, hospitals, pharma and medical devices companies, VC/PE firms, and health-tech startups. Gila is married with 4 children, ages 20 to 5, and lives in Modiin.
